Starting in August 2024, Joshing Cocktails will be available for purchase through authorized retail locations in Florida

Our cocktails have an ABV of 5.9%, striking a perfect balance between flavor and potency.

Yes, all of our cocktails are gluten-free, making them accessible to those with gluten sensitivities or preferences.

No, we use only natural flavors in our cocktails, to maintain the quality of our drinks.

For the best experience, serve our cocktails chilled. If you’re feeling fancy, pour them into a glass and garnish for a stellar sip.

Orders

BevStack enables alcohol brands to sell online by connecting consumers (like you) to their network of licensed retailers that will ship you the product.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been fulfilled. If you have not received the email yet, please check your promotions and spam folders before reaching out as the email sometimes ends up there. 

This service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions.

We ship to all states in the continental US, except for Arkansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Mississippi, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah.

Someone 21+ with a photo id must be present at the time of delivery to sign. If someone 21+ is not home, the carrier will make 2 more attempts to deliver. If the 3rd attempt is unsuccessful, the order is returned to the retailer who fulfilled your order. 

Orders cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box, because all orders require an Adult Signature. 

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days but it can take up to 3-4 business days in some instances depending on product availability and when the carrier picks up. Our network of retailers fulfilling your order ship Monday - Friday 9-5 PM. Orders are not fulfilled on bank holidays and weekends. Depending on your location, orders will be delivered within 2-14 business days after shipment. From time to time, there may be some delays 

All orders are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if you receive your order and it has been damaged during shipment, the goods you received does not match your order, or there is anything missing from your order, email us at orders@joshingcocktails.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment with a description of the damages or incorrect items and you must include pictures. We replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.

Once the evidence of the damaged or incorrect goods is received and inspected or an undeliverable item is returned, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  

If you enter an incorrect delivery address in connection with your order, or otherwise fail to sign for your order upon delivery, email us at  orders@joshingcocktails.com .  If your order is returned to the sender, you will be able to receive a refund for the cost of your item, minus any applicable shipping costs and a taxes.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to accept returns. Please reach out to our Customer Service Team at orders@joshingcocktails.com with a picture of the damage and they will assist you.

Dry Goods

Delivery

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out.

The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

  • USA: 3–4 business days
  • Europe: 6–8 business days
  • Australia: 2–14 business days
  • Japan: 4–8 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.

Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@joshingcocktails.com with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Orders

We work with a print-on-demand manufactures. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about

your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@joshingcocktail.com.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at hello@joshingcocktails.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Returns

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let
us know by contacting us at hello@joshingcocktails.com!

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at hello@joshingcocktails.com with photos of wrong/damaged
items and we’ll sort that out for you.

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at hello@joshingcocktails.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund!

As proud members of 1% for the Planet, Joshing Cocktails donates 1% of our annual sales to support environmental causes. This means that every purchase you make contributes to a healthier, more sustainable planet.

We utilize an innovative ink-to-can printing process that eliminates the need for single-use plastics, making our cans infinitely recyclable and reducing waste.

On-demand production means we only produce merchandise when an order is placed, significantly reducing overproduction and waste. This approach ensures that each piece of our Joshing Dry Goods, from t-shirts to hats, is made responsibly and minimizes unnecessary items ending up in landfills.

Our Joshing Dry Goods are made using advanced direct-to-garment (DTG) printing and embroidery techniques that are both high in quality and low in environmental impact. We prioritize eco-friendly materials, with our merchandise line featuring products made from organic or recycled materials.

Our commitment to sustainability extends to our Joshing Dry Goods packaging. We use post-consumer recycled (PCR) plastic mailers for shipping, significantly reducing the environmental impact of plastic waste.
